Designed by MOFA, the residence stands apart as a designed masterpiece in an otherwise mundane society of Naraina.The interior's contrast to the exterior was warm and customised to individuals using the space. A central double height space ties up the whole residence. Loaded with public function of house the central area has a free flowing form.
The Lighting Design of the first residence taken by URI design studio, relied on making the space comprehensible through the architecture of lighting. One of a kind pendants were chosen for key spaces to draw attention and enhance the experience of these spaces.
