The Lucknow Disco, presented us with an interesting design brief . The space had to function as a restaurant during the day and as a disco in the night. To cater to this duality of users and programs, we approached our lighting design concept in two phases.
During the day, the lighting was done to achieve a warm and welcoming ambience. For the night, we aimed for more responsive and dynamic systems that brought energy and vibrancy to the atmosphere.
